Test Bench and Diagnostic Capabilities

Power Quality Analysis

This service includes the rental of a Power Quality Analyzer, which is connected to low voltage (380V – 690Vac) and measures according to the EN-50160 standard for a period of 15 or 30 days. A detailed report is presented with proposals to resolve the anomalies found. This analysis is essential to ensure the integrity and stability of the power supply.

Harmonic Measurement

We evaluate the harmonics present at the inverter input and check the voltage imbalance to ensure optimal and efficient system operation.

dV/dt Measurement

We perform dV/dt measurements at motor or inverter terminals, estimating their impact based on installation conditions and distances to avoid component damage and prolong their lifespan.

Thermography

We use thermography cameras to identify hot spots in electrical installations, detecting potential problems before they become critical failures. This non-intrusive technique is performed under full operating conditions, avoiding production interruptions.
